HEAT AND RAIN

On wet or extreme heat days, the decision whether to cancel group lessons will be made at the courts immediately prior to the lesson start time. Cancellation of one group lesson does not necessarily mean that other lessons will be cancelled that day. Some lessons may take place indoors. If you choose not to attend on doubtful days then you risk missing the class if it takes place. Any classes cancelled will be added to the end of term.

On extremely wet and hot days, we will try to contact you before your lesson time to cancel.

For Primary School lessons on wet mornings, we will SMS you at least 30 minutes before the start time if the lesson is not going ahead. Any classes cancelled will be added to the end of term.

Private lessons, will go ahead, unless Nat Weber or your coach calls you to cancel your lesson. In this case, a make up lesson will be arranged, or a lesson will be added onto the end of your 8 week block.


NON-ATTENDANCE AT GROUP LESSONS

No make up lessons or refunds will be given if you/your child misses a class due to illness or other commitments. The reason behind this is for Nat Weber to schedule make up lessons for you or your child in an appropriate group to suit ages and abilities is very difficult and has resulted in disruptions of group lessons in the passed.

Please Nat Weber if you have a valid medical reason which prevents you/your child from attending three or more classes in a row. You may be entitled to a refund or credit; please refer to our Refund Policy.


CANCELLATIONS OF PRIVATE LESSONS

You must give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel a private lesson. Please call Nat Weber on 0427 066 327. Failure to do so will result in you being charged for the lesson, as Nat Weber or your coach will be waiting for you on court for your allocated lesson time. To avoid being charged for your lesson when you know that you will be unable to attend, please feel free to invite family members or friends etc. to take your spot!


PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND LONG WEEKENDS

There will be no group lessons on Public Holidays. A lesson will be added at the end of the 8 week block.

Group lessons will go ahead on Saturdays and Sundays during long weekends (i.e. when there is a Public Holiday on the Friday or Monday).

For private lessons, please discuss in advance with Nat Weber or your coach whether he/she will be coaching on Public Holidays.


SUPERVISION OF JUNIORS 

Nat Weber or any of his coaches are not responsible for supervising children outside of lesson time. Please ensure Juniors are picked up on time or alternative supervision has been arranged.


CHANGES TO LESSON SCHEDULES

Occasionally we may have to make changes to our current schedule, including cancelling a group lesson, creating an additional group lesson, or changing the day/time of a group lesson. In such cases all will be notified of all changes, and alternative arrangements will be made to suit all.

If there are insufficient enrolments before a scheduled group lesson to be viable, Nat Weber may have to cancel that group, or make alternative arrangements that suits all whom have already enrolled.

Anyone who has already enrolled a child in a scheduled lesson that is subsequently cancelled or changed will be offered alternative days and time slots or given a full refund.
